1st day : Flowerly We Live Workshop, small embroidered gardens to carry with you

A workshop dedicated to those who love to create with their hands and hearts.
Using unique fabrics – sari silk, precious threads, velvet and antique linen – each participant will create a small floral pouch, a pocket garden filled with emotions and seasons.

Guided by me in an instinctive and poetic process, we will shape silk flowers to apply to small pouches, using a free and spontaneous technique that comes directly from the material.
No pre-established design: just listening, composition and gesture.

What's included:
Each participant will receive a kit containing:
• carefully selected needles, threads and silks
• small velvet inserts
• an antique linen pouch to decorate

No embroidery knowledge is required, only the desire to be inspired by the materials and to create freely.

A slow, sensitive and deeply personal experience.

2nd workshop : Heart amulets – Creative workshop 

In Abruzzo, amulets were given to newborns as good luck charms.
In this workshop, we will revive this tradition by creating small embroidered talismans, each carrying a wish.

A silk pendant, a coloured thread, a thought to keep with you always.

No experience necessary, just the desire to create with your hands and your heart.

 

3rd Workshop: “What do you think about when you embroider?”

A free embroidery workshop on old hemp tea towels dating from the late 19th century.

For years, I kept these fabrics in drawers: they belonged to my family, imbued with silence, time, and memory. One day, I felt the need to give them a new life. I began embroidering them, following an instinctive impulse, guided by gesture and thought.

Stitch by stitch, the embroidery became little stories — fragments of memory, emotion, dreams.

In this workshop, I want to share this process with you. We'll embroider together on these old hemp tea towels, using old threads, vibrant silks, velvets, in a free, intuitive, and personal way.

No embroidery skills are necessary: the thread becomes a tool for listening, expression and meditation.

I had the pleasure of leading this workshop last December in New York, at Makie Clothier's, and it was an intimate and moving experience that created deep connections.

Today, I would like to open it here as well, and share it with those who feel the need to pause, to touch the material, and to give shape—through embroidery—to a thought, a memory, a sensation.
